Amazing view of the waterfront and nearby bridge!

I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, the room was next to the parking lot, which was quite noisy. The musty odor in the room persisted despite the cleaning crew's efforts. Additionally, the lobby and hallway had a lackluster appearance, which made a poor first impression.

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful stay at Fort Knox Inn, gazing at the fine views of the Penobscot River and Fort Knox. The room felt clean and cozy Only downside, breakfast options could use improvement.

The views of the Penobscot River and Fort Knox were very nice. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront and local shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall! 🌅

Charming place with beautiful riverside views, and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, the bathrooms felt cramped with poor ventilation, which was a bit disappointing given the otherwise pleasant experience. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions.

Amazing lake views and a super comfortable room made our stay special. The location is perfect for exploring Acadia! Plus, we enjoyed the clean, spacious double room with two new blue sofas overlooking the water.

The room offered a spectacular river view, truly million-dollar. The easy access to local shops made it convenient for exploration. Plus, the lovely and friendly staff added a warm touch to our stay. The view was incredible, with the Penobscot River right outside our window, creating a perfect backdrop for our family getaway.

The room had amazing lake views and was incredibly clean and cozy. I loved the two brand new blue sofas next to a big table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The beds were super comfy, too. Great use of space overall! Having that view made everything feel special.

during our stay, the views from the room really amazed us, especially overlooking the water and the charming bridge. it was much cleaner and cozier than our last visit to bucksport, making for a truly enjoyable couple of nights. the staff was friendly and made us feel right at home.

The proximity to Acadia National Park offered spectacular day excursions, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, even accommodating a later check-in. However, some minor road noise might be an issue for light sleepers, and additional parking could improve accessibility for larger vehicles.

I truly enjoyed the elegant decor and the accessibility of Fort Knox Inn. The spacious rooms and easy outdoor access made my stay very comfortable, allowing me to relish the stunning views of the Penobscot Narrows Bridge.

the alarm clock didn’t work which was a bit annoying. but the room was clean and the view was amazing with the bridge in sight. staff were super friendly and we enjoyed the nice restaurant across the street.

I had a wonderful stay with stunning views of the Penobscot River and the iconic bridge. The room was clean and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was the minimal dining options available nearby, but there were still some great local restaurants within walking distance.

My kids wished for a small kitchenette in the room for snacks and drinks during our stay.
